Where did the moaning sound come from?

Jens scratched his head. He didn’t understand anything. Pia, his twin sister, swept her gaze over the dusty floorboards. The tower room was dark and shadowy. The only light, pale and weak, came from the half-open wooden door from where they had first heard the ugly, plaintive voice.

“There!” she suddenly shouted and pointed a few meters away on the floor. Jens gasped for breath. The hair stood up on his arms and a cold shiver ran down his back. The stale air of the tower felt suddenly icy cold to breathe in. There was a closed and locked hatch in the floor.

“Pia!” he gasped. “Someone is locked down there! We have to do something!”

Jens and Pia’s adventure begins in Kärnan, Helsingborg’s medieval tower – the only thing left of the city’s once proud castle. Guided by the living dead, they travel back to the Middle Ages to right a great injustice. More than once, they put their lives on the line in a time as dark as it is cruel.

Back in the present, the twins are forced to solve riddles and follow clues, hidden for hundreds of years, to restore a dead man’s honor.

THE TREASURE OF THE SILVER GLOVES is a story about courage, about doing what you might not think you dare. But it is also about friendship, loyalty, and a first love doomed to be lost in the darkness of history.
